NUMBER OF US STUDENTS STUDYING ABROAD INCREASES BY 150%

According to an article featured in the May 28, 2009 edition of USA Today, the number of US students going overseas to study abroad has jumped nearly 150% over the last 10 years, with nearly 250,000 students studying abroad in the 2006-2007 academic year, the last year data was reported by the Institute of International Education. FPP Edu-Media estimates the number today is over 300,000.
