FPP Edu-Media's Student Recruitment Fairs offer international education institutions, of any discipline and from any country, the opportunity to present their courses to thousands of pre-selected and pre-screened students in Latin America's most productive markets.
Since the very first Road Show in 2001, FPP Edu-Media has been helping international education institutions increase their student enrolments and exposure in Latin America through its Student Recruitment Fairs and Agent Workshops. As a direct result of their participation, language schools, colleges, universities, high schools, IT colleges, hotel schools, post-graduate and MBA programs from nineteen countries have experienced increased enrolments and brand awareness in this lucrative region.

Student Quality
FPP Edu-Media has adopted a truly unique screening process to select the highest quality students to attend its fairs. A registration questionnaire must be completed by the tens-of-thousands of would-be attending students in FPP Edu-Media's effort to gauge each and every student's quality. These questionnaires are evaluated by FPP Edu-Media staff and invitations are then sent only to the students considered to be of the highest quality — students that have both the intention and financial means to study abroad.
Limited Number of Exhibiting Institutions
FPP Edu-Media is the only student recruitment fair organizer in the region that imposes a restriction on the number of attending institutions permitted from each country. This is in order to prevent unhealthy levels of competition amongst participants from the same country, as well as to ensure that the demand from attending students is equal to or greater than the supply of institutions from each country.
After-Event Support
All attending student recruitment fair institutions receive the following services for one full year following their participation:
1. The FPP Edu-Media Placement Office works hard for the twelve months after the fairs to send Latin American students to FPP Edu-Media Student Recruitment Fair exhibitors.
2. All participating Latin American Road Show institutions automatically receive a 50% discount on Website listings on all FPP Edu-Media, student-utilized, Study Abroad Websites, as well as pre-fair and post-fair announcements on each of the site's monthly newsletters.
3. All FPP Edu-Media Student Recruitment Fair exhibitors receive a comprehensive database containing the contact details of the 250+ educational agents that have attended FPP Edu-Media's Agent Workshops in the last 4 years.
Agent Meetings
All participants are provided with the contact details of agents who have attended FPP Edu-Media Agent Events in the past 5 years.
By contacting the agents prior to the event day, you can arrange and book meetings with them the morning before the events at the same venue of the student recruitment fairs taking place that afternoon.
Agents have reported they feel more comfortable in being contacted directly byInstitutions and since there is no fix schedule you can set meetings with agents and make your own schedule.
FPP Edu-Media staff will be always around to give you any support you may need during the time frame we have reserved the room (From 9 am to 12 pm).
FPP Edu-Media offers a coffee/dining station at the venue for such meetings where everyone involved can fell more welcomed and comfortable. These meetings with agents provide institution representatives with a sound briefing of each city’s market before they meet with the students in the afternoon.
