Private Presentations
We understand that attendance at our EXPO Road Shows is not always possible due to any number of circumstances. Because of this, FPP Edu-Media has made it possible for your institution to put on private presentations, giving you more flexibility in costs, dates, travel arrangements and accommodations.
How it works
All you have to do is let us know 2 months in advance the date you would like to host your private presentation. We then start advertising the event through various mediums and a section of our websites is dedicated to the presentation. Through the websites, the students can find detailed information and registration forms. All contact information for the students is given to your institution in spreadsheet format after the presentation.
Who Attends?
Students
Through the registration process, students are screened according to actual intent and means, bringing you the same high quality students that attend the fairs. Generally, about 40-70 capable students attend the presentations, which usually last up to 90 minutes.
Agents
FPP Edu-Media can also invite any of its local agents in its database. Upon request, FPP Edu-Media in cooperation with the institution will contact its database of agents for attendance at the presentation. The institution may handle the replies or ask FPP Edu-Media handle the agents reply and make the arrangements for the institution to see the agents either by visiting the agents at their office or meeting the agents at the base hotel.
Locations
Currently, FPP Edu-Media offers private presentations in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Venezuela and Mexico, bringing your school the largest and most capable target audience in Latin America.
Making the Arrangements
You are free to choose which hotel you would like to hold the presentation, or you can opt to have FPP Edu-Media make all the necessary arrangements for you at a small additional charge.
Cost
Total costs mainly depend on the target market and the advertising that will be required to reach the students you are looking for. The base price (and the most common price) is $2900 USD. Before committing to the events you will be provided with a breakdown of all costs.
