A private seminar is a presentation of your institution on a topic of your choice which usually last 45 - 90 minutes.  Topics can range from general discussions such as the benefits of an international education to specific subjects like which programs they should pursue at your institution and why.

Seminars can be scheduled during any month in which the EXPO Road Show does not take place.  This is to avoid schedule conflicts and potentially reduced turn-out rates.

To begin organizing a private seminar, simply notify an FPP Edu-Media staff member of the desired date and topic of the seminar and the locations in which it will be held.  We will begin advertising the seminar on the study abroad websites a few months beforehand in each of the regions.

Students interested in attending the seminar are required to complete a registration process where the students' names and contact information will be recorded.  Complete access to this information is given before the fair and a downloadable spreadsheet file is made available after the seminar takes place.
