A seminar is available for institutions attending our EXPOs maximizing their exposure and time during the events.

Despite a maximum allowance of 60 students at one time in the seminars due to room capacities, FPP Edu-Media accepts an unlimited number of student registrations. This means that a seminar may get like 30 to 500 registrations or more.

Students are aware that a printed registration number is required for entry on the day of the event and only the first 60 to arrive at the room are admitted. But all the registrations will be in the system and you will be able to access all of the students contacts if you wish.

FPP Edu Media charges 150 USD for each seminar. In case a seminar is booked for more than one city the cost of each seminar is 100 USD per seminar.

The cost includes:

The seminar room attached to the EXPO Venue.
A Projector to use with a laptop computer (laptop computer is not included)
Seminar Advertising to all the visitors before and during the EXPO
Seminars in Sao Paulo, Lima and Bogotá are filmed and put available for students in our study abroad guides for 6 months.

In case you think it is worth it to access the complete contact information of those students registered to your seminar than FPP Edu-Media will charge an optional fee of 150 USD. It will be just a click for you to access that information.
