Features Unique to FPP Edu-Media Road Shows

Student Quality – Students participants are screened

Student participants are screened through a variety of questionnaires to ensure only the highest quality visitors to the events. Each attendee's capability and desire to study abroad is assessed, ensuring that invitations are sent only to those who have the genuine intention and the financial means to study abroad.

"Great shows, and great contacts both with agents and participants alike. FPP Edu-Media do make good use of the technology to get you the agents and students you need to recruit! Thank you guys for looking after me before and during the show."
— Gaëlle Degrange, Business Development and Admissions Officer, Dover College

Limited Number of Exhibiting Institutions

FPP Edu-Media limits the amount of participating schools in order to prevent unhealthy levels of competition amongst exhibitors from the same country.

12th Road Show country restrictions per city:

USA : 14, Europe: 10, UK & Ireland : 9, Australia & New Zealand: 10, Canada : 9, Latin America: 6, All others: 04.

Many of these limits were reached quickly for most Road shows held in 2004, 2005 and 2006. Spaces are reserved on a first come first serve basis.

Mini Agent Workshops – Free and Optional

All participants are provided with the contact details of the over 450 agents who have attended FPP Edu-Media Agent Workshops in the past 4 years.

Mini Agent Workshops are generally held in the mornings, prior to the student recruitment fairs commencing in the afternoons. A minimum of 125 agents are expected to attend the mini agent workshops during the complete road show of March 2007.

These workshops provide institution representatives with a sound briefing of each city’s market before they meet with the students in the afternoon.

“I was overwhelmed by the number of students in Lima. I gave out all the materials I had brought with me in a little over 3 hours. I was genuinely impressed with the high quality of the students, agents, and accommodation.”
— Mary Moya, Director, Rutgers – State University of New Jersey, USA
